We had the pleasure of collaborating with Africa Rising International Film Festival as a part of their Digital Hub programme during their 2021 festival, which ran from the 25th-28th of November at the Bioscope Independent Cinema. The ARIFF Digital Hub is a state of the art space featuring the latest in future technology and storytelling.4 Behind Her Lens Visuals featured films were included in the digital hub screenings and our curator duo- Aza Mbovane and Yonela Vakalisa curated Q&A’s for the sessions. 

26th November featured: Unathi, Violence of Memory, Wahenga, They Were Not You, followed by a curated Q&A with Aza Mbovane.

27 November featured: Queer, Conversations about Home, Runaways, Intsimbi, followed by a Q&A curated by Yonela Vakalisa
